I have some favorite dishes. One of them belongs to Armenian cuisine. It is dolma.
Read in Mariam Galstian’s blog.It is made of minced meat, where we add rice, greens and onions. All this is wrapped in grape leaves and is cooked on the gas. People usually eat dolma with yogurt. Dolma is also prepared with cabbage leaves. There is also so called summer dolma stuffed with pepper, tomato or eggplant.I prefer dolma in pepper.
